3. Vans DTLA Angelinos Show








Vans DTLA Angelinos Show was part of Vans DTLA store opening and part of their Studio 808 programing. However due the COVID-19 the opening exhibition was postponed. Viewers can still see the art via an online gallery and/or in person. The exhibition is on view at Vans DTLA (808 S Broadway 90014 - 2nd floor) until Jan 15th 2021. Please make sure to wear a mask and be aware the store is operating at a very low capacity due to COVID restrictions. Gorilla Biscuits  (painting)  — is 8.5 x 11 inch gouache painting. The painting features a custom die cut rise pad made of cardboard. Which is used to give the iamge its lifted 3D appearance. The painting itself uses gouache, black ink, and sits on strathmore 400 paper.
